Our Basic Dunun Repair Service for up to 10" dunun (kenkeni) includes reheading and tuning of both heads using West African cow skin. Our price includes removal of existing skins, minor shell repairs and coat of coconut oil, installation of both heads using appropriate thickness cow skin, application of shea butter to middle of each head, tuning of both sides, and professional packing for return shipping. If your dunun needs new rope, rings, or extensive shell work, you'll need to purchase additional upgrades available on the website. |
