If you are comparing the Wula Cosa series to the Wula Standard Series, the main differences are wood selection, decorative carvings, and size: Wood quality will be one notch lower in Cosa vs. Standard, with allowance for more minor wood repairs, knots, and sapwood to heartwood transitions. The Cosa djembes are 11.75-12.5in bearing edge outside diameter, with Standard djembes being 12.5-13.75in. Standards have more detailed carvings that cover more of the base than the Cosas. We are not offering individual drum selection from our inventory at this time, except you may request a specific wood type, such as Lenke, Hare, or Acajou. |
