Tuareg, Peul, Songhay... three peoples of the Sahara, three systems of belief (a combination of animism and Islam), but the same desire to celebrate life (baptism, marriage, the return of a caravan, praise for domestic animals, spirits...) through song and and the playing of light instruments (fiddle, lute, flute, various drums…) in the nomadic tradition.
