Mamady Keďta conducts the playing and dialogues or alternates solos with his guest and fellow master Famoudou Konaté. Their plan was to make this CD a reference to bring back the Dununba rhythms, which have become one of the most popular rhythms in Guinea, but which are often reduced to a few simple phrases.
